Who we are
Catdoku is published by Wannabe Prod, and is listed on the Apple App Store as GatitoSudoku: Cat Sudoku Logic. This policy covers that app on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, and this website. Questions: wannabesuportt@gmail.com.
What we collect
Data stored on your device
Your progress, history, settings and preferences are saved in the app's local storage on your device. This never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
Usage and analytics data
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used. It collects a randomly generated installation identifier, in-app events (screens opened, features used, progress reached), standard device and technical information (device model, OS version, language, country) and an approximate, country-level location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise or GPS location.
Crash and diagnostic data
We use Firebase Crashlytics. If the app crashes we receive a technical stack trace, the device model, the OS version and the app's state at the time of the crash, used only to diagnose and fix bugs.
Advertising
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier (Apple's IDFA or the Android advertising ID) to select and measure ads. On first launch in regions that require it, we ask for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time from the app's privacy options. On iOS, ads are personalised only if you allow tracking in the system prompt. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We receive only a confirmation that an entitlement is active. We never receive or store your card number, billing address or Apple/Google account credentials.
What we never collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos or files, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Because we hold no account tied to you, most of your data never reaches us. You can reset your advertising identifier in your device settings, change your ad-consent choice in the app, and delete every piece of local data by uninstalling the app. For requests regarding analytics or crash data, email wannabesuportt@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention and transfers
Analytics and crash data are retained by Google on our behalf under their standard retention periods (up to 14 months for analytics events; crash reports up to 90 days). Google processes this data on servers that may be located outside your country, under its own safeguards for international transfers.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, note it in the app's release notes.
